Interview Transcripts

One file per persona — at least three, grounded in your topic (for example, an executive sponsor, an end user, and a domain expert). Interview each one separately, the way you’d interview different stakeholders at an actual client organization. Copy persona-template.md for each new persona and rename it (e.g. persona-executive-sponsor.md).
